Press Street Station’s professional facilities feature a range of amenities to suit the needs of caterers large and small. We also provide a space for start-ups to develop products for market: cake mixes, ice cream, spice blends, or anything else you can dream up! Here’s a little more information on our facilities and what we require of folks who use our kitchen:

Commissary rates (by the hour)
80+hours/month: $15
41 to 80 hours/month: $20
21 to 40 hours/month: $25
5 to 20 hours/month: $30
Membership
Annual membership: $250
Requirements
Signed lease
General liability insurance ($1mm policy)
Appropriate business license from the City of New Orleans
Food Safety Sanitation certificate
One-month deposit
