Next to Eat and Chef Gary Netter (a NOCCA alum!) invite you to make use of Press Street Station’s professional facilities for your business. We offer a range of amenities to suit the needs of caterers large and small. We also provide a space for start-ups to developed products for market: cake mixes, ice cream, spice blends, or anything else you can dream up! Here’s a little more information on our facilities and what we require of folks who use our kitchen:

  • Blodgett double-stack convection oven
  • 2 Frymaster gas fryers
  • Magikitch’n charbroiler
  • Garland 60” range with 6 burners and griddle
  • 3-door refrigerated pizza cooler
  • 2 SaniServ frozen drink machines
  • Full dish station
  • Loading dock access
  • Dedicated dry and cold storage spaces
  • Holding cabinets
  • Miscellaneous equipment including food processor, panini grill, ice machine, espresso machine
  • Building security cameras
  • Janitorial supplies
  • Equipment access (see below)
  • Full bar and restaurant area for tastings, pop-ups, workshops, or other events (see below)

COMMISSARY RATES (BY THE HOUR)

  • 80+hours/month: $15
  • 40 to 80 hours/month: $20
  • 20 to 40 hours/month: $25
  • 5 to 20 hours/month: $30

MEMBERSHIP

  • Annual membership: $250

REQUIREMENTS

  • Signed lease
  • General liability insurance ($1mm policy)
  • Appropriate business license from the City of New Orleans
  • Food Safety Sanitation certificate
  • One-month deposit
