REQUIREMENTS

  • Outgoing, friendly personality
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Minimum of one year front-of-house experience

PRIMARY DUTIES

  1. Greet guests as they enter the dining room and serve meals to guests in the proper fashion. A professional attitude is a requirement.
  2. Bus tables as needed.
  3. Complete daily set up procedures for dining room.
  4. Complete routine cleaning of dining room areas as directed by cleaning schedule or as otherwise directed.
  5. Required to attend all in-service training sessions. Unless excused by Dining Room Coordinator, all scheduled meetings are mandatory.
  6. Responsibility for customer satisfaction. Customers should never leave unhappy. Part of the server’s job is to recognize a problem before it’s too late. If a problem arises that you cannot handle, contact the Dining Room Coordinator immediately. You are responsible for the people at your table from the time that they arrive at the restaurant until they leave the dining room. This includes what you serve: make sure you serve quality food and drinks. This dining room is based on that premise.
  7. Personal Hygiene: You must work to meet high standards of cleanliness and neatness. This is important to co-workers as well as guests.
  8. Attendance: You must report to work on time and work your scheduled hours. You must call in at least two hours prior to your scheduled shift to be excused. Failure to report to work or call in will result in dismissal.

OTHER DUTIES

  1. Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events.
  2. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Culinary diploma or at least three years of professional cooking experience

PRIMARY DUTIES

  1. Prep and maintain line before and during service
  2. Exhibit strong cooking and knife skills
  3. Keep kitchen and other areas neat and sanitary before, during, and after service.
  4. Maintain high safety standards
  5. Assist Chef in planning and executing daily specials
  6. Required to attend all in-service training sessions. Unless otherwise noted, all scheduled meetings are mandatory.
  7. Personal Hygiene: You must work to meet high standards of cleanliness and neatness.
  8. Attendance: You must report to work on time and work your scheduled hours. You must call in at least two hours prior to your scheduled shift to be excused. Failure to report to work or call in will result in dismissal.
